How can I get the "contract confirmed" feature to work when I enter the booking manually? When the guest clicks "confirm booking" through the "guest confirmation email" shouldn't that make the "contract confirmed" field auto populate with the date & tracking details? Thanks!

If you are making Booking Requests (not actual bookings), and sending the guest a "Quote" email, then yes, the quote-confirm process should take care of the contract as part of the guest confirming the quote.

If you are making actual bookings (which block dates on the calendar), then you need to send them the "Agree to Contract" Email Template. If you don't have that Email Template, you can obtain it by clicking "Add New Email Template" button and "restoring" the Agree To Contract email template.
